Better means of attaching a datascientist to a project

At the moment you add this by text - but there's no indication of whether the scientist already exists in the Clean.Data. network. Need an autocomplete function here, to allow people to pick an existing scientist.

Are the scientists stored as special database objects, with identification?
eg with OpenID or Facebook.

There's an optional profile url for a scientist - which helps to de-dupe
those scientists for whom we don't have a registered user account.

For those that have a registered user account - there will be a direct
connection to their full user profile - but this is likely to be a small
fraction of the total.
