This PR adds | fixes:

  • Adds the code to perform coordinates liftover between GRCh37 and GRCh38

How to test:

  • Automatic tests

Review:

  • Code approved by
  • Tests executed by github actions (pytest)

This version is a:

  • MAJOR - when you make incompatible API changes
  • MINOR - when you add functionality in a backwards compatible manner
  • PATCH - when you make backwards compatible bug fixes or documentation/instructions
