Major refactor & cleanup needed

The structure of this project is all sorts of messed up. We're using the wrong case conventions, we're missing the conventional src/core directory (where we would expect to find prettify-exception and main), and src/intro/* should probably be deleted. We should have a src/sandbox for testing things in. The comments and abandoned todo lists need to be cleaned up, and some of the code smells fishy.

We also need a readme explaining how to use this project.

Possibly this, or possibly move over to a clean code base. Currently this serves as a prototype, and it is unclear what the external usage is. I would rather not go through major refactoring twice: some decisions need to be made first.
