The key used to sign packages has changed - it is now B22DA89A.

Note that the X11 backend and Xwayland support have been separated in the build system. Use -DWLC_X11_BACKEND_SUPPORT and -DWLC_XWAYLAND_SUPPORT respectively to configure them (both are enabled by default).
