Endpoint to fetch the details of all the TamilNadu colleges ranked by NIRF

Description

• This is the list of all the research colleges ranked by nirf.
• Store the scrapped data in data folder in JSON format and the scrapper in the helpers folder.
• Define the endpoint as /TamilNadu_colleges/nirf
• The response should have the names of the colleges along with their rank.

Hey @Visha17 | We can not build an endpoint respective to a specific city/state.
However, we do have plans to build an endpoint that fetches all the colleges(engineering, medical, etc) from a specific city and state.

Will raise the such issue once all the data gets curated.

The endpoint of which I was talking will be common for all when the user asks for the college's inn city of Kolkata, it will return all the colleges from all the streams. Not just engineering and medical colleges.
So if you do have any plans on how to implement it, you may work on it.
