Thanks, joelgriffiths. I was just trying the heartbeat and wondering for quite sometimes why init script is not working.
Finally, I printed everything out and it cannot find the heartbeat file in /usr/libexec/heartbeat

Then I found this thread that really confirm I am right.
Thanks! I will create the symlink.

This configure option is to be used when the package is used
for the existing Heartbeat stack.

As of the commit below, HA_BIN directory has been changed to
more appropriate location but it introduces an incompatibility
so the Heartbeat stack would fail to start.
