Just because someone changes their bitcoin address, shouldn't that not affect the cap table. I.e., if I change my name during employment at a company of which I own 50%, I still own 50% right. It would be weird to suddenly have the total number of shares decrease because someone changes a bitcoin address.
The question is if it shows people or accounts. If a single person stores their x% across two accounts what is the desired behavior? I think the percentage should be account specific even if both accounts have the same person associated. We should probably discuss.
only shows owners whose btc addresses we know.
should show all owners, perhaps with 7 chars of btc address + elipses
