cannot deselect non existent directories in CDB Select from Include Paths window

I am using Sourcetrail 2018.4.15 beta on Centos 7.
See image attached.

In the selection window, the non existent directories are in red and at the bottom of the list. That's nice.
However, I tried to remove them for the selection, but I could not. The Uncheck selected or clicking for deselection did not work for me.
Not a big deal, as after saving this window, sourcetrail ask me if I wanted to remove those directories (Remove button somewhere).
