missing features dlg: better update hint

Short roundup of the initial problem

from Discord:

so haven't logged in a long while(did play some after server change) and when i try to i get a message that my client is missing features that the server requires
is it a problem i can fix by simply updating the client? Or do i need to dive more in depth

what does the message say exactly?

"Your client seems to be missing features this server requires for connection"

actually it should tell you to update
next to the missing features

all i got was an ok button

... 🙈

What will change with this Pull Request?

• Update hint is more prominently placed and not hidden behind a label
• It's translatable now
• Wording update to reflect UI change
