MagicReads is a web app for those who love to read and write and share their stories with the world. This repo is for the Backend of the app. This is an open-source project feel free to contribute.

Config Setup

Create config.env inside the config folder and add the following keys.

PORT = XXXX
MONGO_URI = XXXX
JWT_SECRET =  XXXX

Getting Started

To run this project in your local environment follow the steps below:-

1. Download or clone the repository.

2. Run npm i to install all the dependencies.

3. Run npm run dev in the terminal to run the server.

And you are good to go!
