@stefdworschak Maripia Kuti experienced issue with the missing judging_status field in the fixtures, so I quickly added it to fix it for everyone else. Once making change, I've also added the verified emails. |

Description
This PR adds the missing
judging_statusfield to the hackathon fixture with appropriate statuses.Also adds the email addresses of all the users as primary and verified.

I deleted the sqlite db, migrated loaded the seeds, the modified fields all appear properly in the admin panel.
