User stories

1. As a returning citizen looking for employment, i want to find employers who will employ me so that I can be employed and rebuild my life.

2. As a service provider assisting returning citizens, I want to help RCs find employers who will employ them so that I can help them be employed and rebuild their lives.

3. As a RC-friendly employer, I want to recruit; promote the fact that hire, treat-well RCs.

4. As a conscious consumer, I want to find RCF businesses so that I can support returning citizen job creation and transform the narrative/stigma in society about hiring returning citizens.

5. As a RC-unfriendly employer, I see how bad I am and learn how to get better so that I can eventually be a better employer.
