Add a page with profiles and contact info for people and organizations we are working with in the community. (Highly recommended by CfA.)

I am looking for the requirement to have this and am not finding it. @DainialPadraig , are you sure this is required? I see something where we need to send CfA our list of contacts (Brielle's latest email) but I don't think it needs to be live on the site. Thoughts?
