A set of Python programs, brought to you by CodeMaster7000 Labs, to send tweets from your Python shell.

Prerequisites

• Python 3
• Tweepy API (tweepy) - can be installed simply with pip install tweepy.
• Twitter API (Twython) - can be installed simply with pip install twython.

Setting up your API

1. Change the application type from Read only to Read and write.
2. Head to https://apps.twitter.com.
3. In the “Keys and Access Tokens” tab, get your Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret.
