I recently created a new account in November 2015, in order to see at what town hall level it becomes feasible to use ClAsHbOt. I'll take screenshots at each level with the settings that worked for me. Town hall 4 and below is really not possible, but the bot does work at town hall 5.

Note that the bot does not correctly detect "My Town Hall" levels less than 6, as the TH4, 5 and 6 town hall designs are far too similar to effectively distinguish. The only time this information is needed is when "Ignore Storages" is ticked, to calculate loot penalties, so this does not impact how the bot operates at town halls less than 6. You don't need to Ignore Storages until TH10, in my opinion.

Notice that "Ignore Storages" gets ticked at this TH level. Works well at this point.
