Two problems fixed with nivo:

  1. in version 1.1 nivo-lightbox.min.js is still from 1.0 (or at least comment says so), don't know what you were using to minify that. I used closure compiler
  2. ie 10+ (tested on 10 and 11) wants to download youtube swf instead of displaying it. solution is like always simple: just use proper youtube embed url
