Improve definition of maintainers
Changed this line:
- A maintainer may include those who solely help in support roles such as in resolving issues, improving documentation, running or participating in forums/chatrooms, or any other non-coding specific roles.
- A maintainer may include those who solely help in support roles such as in resolving issues, improving documentation, administrating or moderating forums/chatrooms, or any other non-coding specific roles.
"Participating in chatrooms" is too vague to describe a maintainer and would include anyone interacting in chat.
Add title to document
When people look at the CoC in other repos having the title visible at the top will be a shorthand so contributors can quickly identify it.
