A combination of being a technical leader, SME for Cisco Umbrella, and a desire to automate lead me to a new position at Cisco. I'm now a Strategy and Planning Manager, working towards standardization of Customer Success delivery across our Cloud Security SaaS portfolio. Recently, I've been given the opportunity to develop an in-house tool for producing an automatically generated health and configuration report for Cisco Customer Success. This is part of our delivery for our Enhanced and Premium Support packages. This has already given me 6 months of full time development experience producing this internal tool. The tool should augment renewal rates for hundreds of millions of renewals revenue at Cisco.
