4.15.5

The Phoenix Flavour has been updated to 4.15.5. This update is save safe. A bunch of mods have gotten updates and more importantly this list has been updated with the current version on Steam (1.6.640) and is downgraded to (1.5.97) when installed. A small bug has been fixed and you should notice less higher level enemies with the leveled characters setting enabled in Scrambled Bugs. Other than that, have fun. Changelog is below.
