- Switched to python 3.9
- Pinned dask version to 2023.11.0
- Reduce the number of distributed patches to 2
- Removed uproot patch (needs to be tested on facility)
- Removed skyhook specific images
- we updated dask version to 2023.11.0 (still not available in base image coffeateam/coffea-dask, doing for now manually) - we updated base image with coffea 0.7.22 - we need to use python 3.9 for latest Dask = coffeateam/coffea-dask:0.7.22-py3.9-g7cbcc otherwise for 3.8 last available Dask version is 2023.05.0
