- Also remove redundant code.
- The startFrame, endFrame, byFrameStep are now *correctly* validated by `validate_render_integer_frames.py`

Fixed correct filename prefix submission to Deadline, especially in the case of single scene with both multi-camera layers and single-camera layers.
