There is no test that checks whether an initial state of two particles can be handled by the StateTransitionManager in the isobar model. An easy check would just be 饾憭鈦吼潙掆伝 (so far, we just use a 'virtual' Particle called "EpEm").

Note that qrules doesn't have a good way of handling 饾憹饾憹虆.
