- renamed .jsdoc to.doc as there are more docs configured there now
- include widget scaffolding + generate basic pages for all widgets (Note: examples not working for all) - introduce python command line tool to execute everything that is needed for doc generation - add translation files - some fixes, improvements

Do we need that file like that - or should we first check whether a browser is already installed (most likely allways the case...)

There is no chrome installed in the travis images,so we have to install it.
