The no_forward_files satisfy CIS requirement for RHEL7, RHEL8 and RHEL9. The respective requirements in CIS control files were also updated.
The accounts_user_dot_no_world_writable_programs rule satisfies the 6.2.14 CIS requirement for RHEL7. The controlfile was updated.
