  • Remove dconf/Gnome related rules from PCI-DSS Profile for RHV4

Profile pci-dss on rhv4:
 Rule dconf_db_up_to_date, dconf_gnome_screensaver_lock_enabled, dconf_gnome_screensaver_idle_activation_enabled, dconf_gnome_screensaver_mode_blank, dconf_gnome_screensaver_idle_delay removed from pci-dss profile.

Recommended tests to execute:
 build_product rhv4
 tests/test_suite.py profile --libvirt qemu:///system test-suite-vm --datastream build/ssg-rhv4-ds.xml pci-dss
