Polishing the RHEL 9 OSPP profile file, removing the DRAFT designation #9239

Description:

  • Updating URL to point to the actual PP page.
  • Updating comments about non-selections in FTP_ITC_EXT.1.
  • Updating SFRs where the Configuration Annex uses FMT_MOF_EXT.1.
  • Moving few rules around to align directly to the Annex sections.
  • Removing the DRAFT designation of the profile.
