Assign CIS and CCE-IDs to multiple rules (SLES)

This PR adds for SLES12 + SLES15:

• CCE-IDs for sysctl_net_ipv6_conf_all_accept_ra
• CCE-IDs for sysctl_net_ipv6_conf_default_accept_ra
• CIS-IDs for set_ip6tables_default_rule
• CCE and CIS-IDs for service_iptables_enabled
