For multilingual purposes, they should be in English by default

Not sure about the general idea: should we aim to have badges in english exclusively or in multiple languages ? I made some tests on the anarchism one 84ead5b:

• Converted from png format into svg for ease of edit and reduction of file size (41kb versus 43kb) in both english and french.
  • Could this be used to have only one badge size files scaled for big and small rendering?
• Made a svg badge template for anyone to use

The idea of using SVG for badges is pretty nice, thanks for the work!
I think the best idea would be to get the badges only in english, since we don't really know how many languages Politiscales will be available in

Fine by me, I could it if you want. As it would be quite consuming otherwise, do you still have the original pictures used for the badges?
