Support Minimum Redraw Value

Description

Product Feature Types includes a REDRAW feature where the additionalValue is unused. It would be good if this additionalValue could be used for the Minimum Redraw value common on home loans. This would also have the upside that BankingLoanAccount entries could now be correlated to the Redraw feature.

Preamble: Biza currently has 42 open issues within Standards Maintenance. In an effort to optimise our own backlog we are closing those which have no actual response from the DSB. They may be reopened at a later time or referenced when the issues are highlighted by third parties.

No response received. The DSB appears to only seriously consider change requests for new information when they originate from Holders.
