The link in the following text works, but would be clearer linking directly to Identifiers and Subject Types so the left navigation aligns to the heading.

sub: Pairwise Pseudonymous Identifier (PPID) for the End-User at the Data Holder.

Change the link from #identifiers to #identifiers-and-subject-types
