BlockDeviceMappingBuilder doesn't support guest format #1169

Compute REST API allows to specify block_device_mapping_v2.guest_format https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/compute/#create-server

It would be nice to have this possibility in Openstack4j as well.

I would gladly contribute here...
