• Added a initial spawn delay of 120 seconds, so you don't get ambushed soon you kill a beat cop on patrol.
• Spawned peds will now use LOADOUT_SWAT (customizable, you can also opt-out of this by setting ENABLE_OLD_WEAPON_SYSTEM to true in your config file)
