Degree360WebApp allow to manage 360-degree feedback process. It solicits feedback regarding an employee's behavior from a variety of points of view (subordinate, lateral, and supervisory).

The application has the possibility to define group of feedback providers. For example: customers, suppliers.

Feedback questions are collected in sections covering different work aspects:

• Motivation

• Efficiency

These sections are customizable.

Questions can be replied with multi-choice answers or with open answers.
