You are allowed to edit and redistribute this code but you must give credit.
Note: There are some addons that are a bit buggy.
The MySQL include I wrote in ReloadedUtils.inc was in early development stages
when I quit SourcePawn therefore I never fixed all the bugs in it so feel free to do so.
Oh and by the way, you need to get sdktools and sdkhooks for this to work.
