Excludes all cdrom entries, while allowing cloudinit based images to also be backed up.
FIX: Issue 68 - cache=none disks are ignored
Affects restore, backups, housekeeping & status.

Fixes issue 68: disks with explicit cache=none set are ignored from backups.
Also ensures that cloud-init disks attached to a VM are also backed up. (only tested on CEPH storage backend).
Regex matches on the term 'media=cdrom', but not if the term 'cloudinit' is found in the same line.
