  1. CortexTheseus/blob/master/inference/synapse/kernel symlink should be removed
  2. use cvm-runtime as a go modules
  3. use cgo wrapper invoke directly instead of using *.so cvm & mine modules

Mine plugins so has been removed for node without solo cuda mining #593
