  1. Move cosmwasm_vm::Checksum to cosmwasm-std.
  2. Change CodeInfoResponse::checksum from HexBinary to cosmwasm_std::Checksum.
  3. Change go-gen type mapping to: 
    // both hex strings in JSON
"HexBinary" => Some("string"),
"Checksum" => Some("Checksum"),
