Return "Error: The specified item could not be found in the keyring" on OSX

Example:
wasmd tx wasm execute wasm1qg5ega6dykkxc307y25pecuufrjkxkag6n3sph {"release":{}} --from foo --gas 1000000 -y --chain-id=testing -b block --dry-run

This is still an issue and returns: Error: validator.info: key not found for the signer key
See cosmos/cosmos-sdk#13202

This can be tested with SDK 47 in main now

Tested it on WSL2 machine and it seems to work fine:

wasmd tx wasm execute wasm1zwv6feuzhy6a9wekh96cd57lsarmqlwxdypdsplw6zhfncqw6ftqm3x37s '{"release":{}}' --from wasm1cgft422ha6kxg2vqv4nvtrtxqxhmml3f2zpqpz --gas 1000000 -y --chain-id=testing  --keyring-backend=test  -b block --dry-run
gas estimate: 93051
