UserImages: Images not removed while changed #1422

After uploaded one and then another previous image not deleted and still exists in filesystem.

It's a potentially weakness for those reasons:

Many changes of User images can cause to empty disk free space;
User can avoid PFS limitations for total files/size uploads.
