Updating "Getting Support on the Forums" #167

Old documentation had no current link to the Counterparty Forums and said "Support" area was for Private Support when it is in fact public. Also updated the screenshots to the new UI of the forums, as well as updated the Private Support to be messaging the current Admin and Moderator of the forums.

I have recently found there are scammers on the Counterparty Forums 'posing' as support. See this profile: https://forums.counterparty.io/u/counterparty-tech/summary ...Who proceeded to message me with false support information. I find it very urgent to get this commit looked over and approved as well as #166 as soon as possible for the safety of users. I have already reported it to JPJA as he is an official moderator there. |
