把Option从private 改成了 public
然后按照SelfStateModel加了ObservableObject和ObservableProperty
在xaml设置了绑定，都是类似热键写的
把_option 改名了，不然一直爆提示。。。
在OnlineOption里增加了设置 统一了按下事件的写法
只保存了checkbox的内容，载具的 附加功能 和武器的 弹药编辑，子弹类型 没有保存
