Release v1.10.1

fixes

Iterate to next node in Rotation OnMapEnd;  this will fix a bug where
the first node is skipped
remove cache and history pruning logic out of Iterate;  move to
OnMapStart
Iterate and pruning logic do not get called if NextMapIsForced
