This is a Vagrant build for PostgreSQL 9.4 with the optional Postgis extension also installed.
I created it for use in local development when I need a PostgreSQL database, rather than install and run Postgres directly on my dev machine.
I don't expect any contributions for something such as this, but if you did want to add anything feel free to create a PR request. All changes are done through branches merged into develop.
The license for this is MIT.
