Not heavily tested.
Changelog:

• Added 2 methods of weapon stripping! If default one crashes for you, change cvar value!
• Removed "sm_carnage_flag"
• Added weapon choice between awp and scout in carnage round.
• Added commands !awp/!scout if someone by any chance didn't get weapon for carnage round.
