Still WIP, PR to Cryptonomic/Smart-Contracts with SmartPy implementation and compiled contract to come.
Contains data types and stateless functions to deploy and invoke the mint and burn entry points. There are also helper functions to convert the parameter typescript types into Micheline, used from the Micheline generated from SmartPy compilation.
