For running server (only for testing) run "web_api.py" (or main() in "web_api.py")
For suitable work with vmstack (for cloning virual machines) you should have same (one at least) visual machine(s)
For install vmstack in terminal type: python setup.py install
You should run vmstack in directory where it is.
