This is used for the GatekeeperV2 Bot instance created by @k8thekat .
This aligns the AMP_CONTAINER_DEPS with the new code that uses a simple space separated string instead of JSON. This also removes the file check which doesn't work with transient containers, the deps need installed each startup of the instance.
Brings GitHub version up to Docker version. Allows users to place a `customstart.sh` script in the instance directory to execute on instance startup.
