This project has a problem with duplication. It has 2 git branches, 2 issue trackers, 2 repositories, and 2 talk pages. This patch begins consolidating everything into one repository and one branch. - Copy all files in "labs-rewrite" branch to folder called "deployed", which is in the root of the master branch. Goal is to eventually have 3 folders in the master branch: deployed, undeployed-rewrite, and a third folder for the https://github.com/refill-ng/refill-labsconf repo. We should probably delete the labs-rewrite branch after this patch is merged, to prevent accidentally merging to the wrong branch. Bug: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T340504
