Issues loading .rel files with File/Add Program

Hi,

I'm using this loader with Paper Mario : The Thousand-Year Door.

The main.dol loads fine, but I encounter several issues when trying to load .rel files alongside, using File/Add program.

• No matter which .rel file is selected, the first one in the same folder is imported (in my case I try to import rel/tik.rel, but rel/aaa.rel gets imported instead)
• The base address and overlay checkbox in the settings do nothing
• Only the text0 section is imported.

The console window reports no error.
