Ansible Role: GitLab Community Edition (Ludus)

An Ansible Role that installs a Gitlab CE instance and optionnaly create groups and users.

The role performs the following actions:

• Setup a repository for GitLab
• Install the selected version or the latest version of GitLab Community Edition
• Configure GitLab Community Edition
• Optionnaly, can create arbitrary groups and users

Requirements

None.

Role Variables

Available variables are listed below, along with default values (see defaults/main.yml):

# SMTP Server to configure so Gitlab can send emails

By default, the latest version is installed. Define the variable version with the value in the range if you need a specific version.

For the groups and users, they are optionnaly configured in ludus_gitlab.groups and ludus_gitlab.users.
